A Message from Tribal Finance

Dear Friends of the Tribal Finance Ecosystem,

We want to thank you for your continued patience and support. We understand your frustration regarding the delays in the token release, and we want to assure you that we have been working diligently behind the scenes to secure the best possible outcome for the project and all of you.

We are excited to share that we have achieved a significant milestone by migrating the tokens to a foundation structure. This is an important step ahead of the eventual token distribution and marks a major advancement for the project. Additionally, the project plans to expand its team and product offering to support more of the RWA stack as an infrastructure protocol.

To meet all necessary requirements for an optimal outcome, we will be extending the token release timeline to start October 31, 2024 but decrease the lockup schedule of each holder after the initial release by one third. Consistent with Tribal’s legal counsel’s guidelines, this extension is not and cannot be a unilateral decision by the team and was supported by more than 90% of private sale holders and 80% of total token sale holders. We will still be honoring the 5% additional airdrop to CoinList participants that was announced last year.

We acknowledge that Tribal has been quiet in the community as we formalized our next steps, and we apologize for any concerns this may have caused. With the new structure, we are now more flexible in terms of communication and will ensure that we have proper moderation and communication in place to answer your questions and keep you informed. Your support and understanding are invaluable to us, and we are confident that the new structure will bring significant benefits to our community.
